At FamilysPast we can research your UK family history and create a personalised family tree. Also, we can identify and trace heirs or unknown beneficiaries.

If you are interested in finding out who your past family was then it is important to find out everything possible about your ancestors, such as information about where they lived, who they were married to, their occupations, their family and even if they were rich and famous.

We offer three research packages:

Package 1, the 'Single Line', researches the direct line ancestry of one person, eg, you, then your parents, then their parents, and so on, whereas,

Package 2, the 'Dual Line', researches the direct line ancestry of, for example, a husband and his wife, then both their parents, then all their parents, and so on.

Package 3, the 'Heir Hunters', researches a particular family member to identify and trace heirs and locate missing or unknown beneficiaries.

We provide hard copies of all census reports, birth, marriage and death indexes and any other information that we uncover plus we transcribe all the relevant information on the census returns that we find for you to easily read. Also, for your safe keeping, we save all the information onto a CD.

For an extra cost we can provide birth, marriage and death certificates of those that we find.

To help us, please tell us what you want to know about your ancestry and also what you already know. If all you know is your own date of birth, we can work from that. However, we do not want to use your money to find out anything you know already, so to help us work as efficiently as possible we ask that you provide as much detail of what you know about each family tree member.
